Refund policy

Custom Orders: Since all press-on nails are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

Nail Sizing: It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct nail size is selected before placing the order. We strongly recommend measuring your nails using our Sizing Kit to ensure the best fit.

Incorrect Products: If you receive incorrect nails, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to exchange the product.

Damage or Loss: Once your order has been shipped, KinaZnails has no control over the packages and we are not responsible for any damage or loss during transit. Please contact the carrier for any issues related to shipping.
